I was having some anxiety with my golf and wondered if Claire could help me. I had a 1 time hypnotherapy session and I can honestly say it has made a difference to my game. Claire gave me an mantra and anchoring technique that I've introduced to my pre shot routine, and I genuinely see my drives going straighter and longer. Of course with golf there are many variables, so it's not a guaranteed fixed for my level of golf but it has really helped move past any poor shots, reset my mind and I find the very next shot goes exactly where I want it to go. It's early days, but so far I feel this has really helped me to relax before each shot and reduced the stress of making poor shots. The session with Claire was around 2 hrs in total, first she asked many questions to figure out what was going on in my mind and then did a hypnotherapy session which I found very calm and relaxing.
